1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a full refund by returning products within 60 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the following criteria—designed to keep our fragranced products fresh and usable for all customers:
  • Products are unused, unopened, and in their original condition—no signs of wear, tampering, or scent dissipation (unless damage occurred during shipping).
  • Original packaging is intact, including all tags, labels, and travel-friendly packaging (e.g., sealed mist bottles, product boxes).
  • Return requests are initiated within 60 days of delivery (please retain your delivery confirmation for reference, especially if shipping to a travel destination).

2. How to Initiate a Return

Our team will respond within 2 business days with an RA number and detailed return instructions—including guidance for secure packaging to protect travel-ready bottles.
  2. Package the Return: Securely pack eligible products in their original packaging (if available) and include a copy of your order confirmation or RA number. For fragile mist bottles, wrap individually to avoid damage during transit.
  3. Ship the Return: Follow the provided instructions to send the package. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect (we will cover return shipping for these cases—please provide photos of the issue for verification).

3. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned package (usually within 3-5 business days of delivery to our warehouse), we will process your refund if the products meet eligibility requirements. Here’s what to expect:
